1 Open the Run dialogue box by pressing Windows + R keys, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
2. The Services window opens, locate Print Spooler, right-click on it and select Restart.

Step 4. Set the printer properties
1. Visit the Control Panel section
and open Devices and Printers.

properties window opens, click Ports, select your
printer’s IP address from the
list and click Configure report.
4. Now you should check SNMP status enabled and click Ok.
Step 5. Update Windows to the latest version
1. Opens the Settings window by pressing Windows
+ I keys.
2. Now open the Update and Security section.
3. Click Check for Updates.
4. Wait for a while and your Windows should update to the latest version.
